The malts are chosen to produce very little malt profile and not contrast with the hops; as the hops are the star of this show. The yeast is also chosen to lower the malt profile. Hops are unashamedly American and an abundance of Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe are added at 4 different occasions during brewing. Look for tropical fruit and citrus flavours from this great beer.
