Fermented on Twenty Valley plums. Notes of tart plum and citrus fruit. Tangy acidity with subtle earthiness. Malts: Bohemian Floor-Malted Pilsner, Wheat, Toasted Wheat Flakes, Spelt. Yeast: Lactobacillus, Saison and Brettanomyces.
