Unser Pale Ale is a hoppy, light, top-fermented beer with a very strong and intense flavor. The fruity note is prominent. When you open it, you notice the wonderful aroma, which is reflected in a pleasant fruity smell, underscored by citrus notes. To further enhance the hop aroma, our Pale Ale is dry-hopped. This means that an additional dose of hops is added during the beer maturation process. This allows the otherwise volatile hop oils to accumulate in the beer, creating our wonderfully tasty and excellent beer. The taste is robust and hoppy with a bitter elegance on a malt body.
