Gluten-Free Pale Ale with Mosaic and Citra
Wow – we're really proud of this: our first gluten-free beer! Brewed with barley malt, oats and wheat – hang on, isn't there gluten in all of those? But a special enzyme added during fermentation breaks down the gluten-containing proteins. We had the beer tested in the laboratory, of course – our No Glu(e) contains less than 10 ppm gluten and can therefore officially be labelled as gluten-free. Hopped with the classic combination of Citra and Mosaic (as in our Padawan). An exciting experiment that fits perfectly with The Lab.
