The wort production process lasted 17 hours, with a very prolonged boiling in order to concentrate the wort and have a very high saccharometric density at the start of fermentation.
A black beer, very dense, almost not carbonated at all, full-bodied, oily and velvety. Characterised by intense aromatic notes of cocoa and chocolate (primarily caramel, dried fruit, floral) that blend with the spicy and balsamic notes of Bourbon vanilla.
A beer for meditation and sharing, produced for the first time in 500 ml bottles.
