Golden colored beer, with dense and persistent collar formation. In the aroma, fruity notes of banana, pear and orange, in addition to spicy notes that refer to cloves and pepper. In taste, malt contributes a subtle touch of honey and cereals that balance with low bitterness. A second fermentation with sparkling yeast provides a dry finish and mild alcoholic heating, which together with the high carbonation further enhance the palate.
