Oak Aged Saison brewed for our 7th anniversary! We blended two barrels of saison that previously held some funky spontaneous beer with a bit of fresh saison from our foeder. This is the beer we thought we would be making the most of when we opened in 2017... Turns out people like fruit though!!!
