BioNoc Sambughér

Sour ale derived from a base of Staion, aged in barrique ex wine for more than 13 months, with the addition of fresh elderflower collected in the Valle del Primiero. On the nose, the scent of elder flowers remains strong together with a slight vegetal note derived from the green part of the flower itself, very well balanced, unlike all the other fruit beers, from the base, which in this case is very sensorially similar to a Gueuze. Great acid and brettate notes (stall sweat and oxidized hop), balance the well-present aroma of flowers.
