Sour ale KRIEK, aged in cask for 13 months, with the addition of morettone, the black cherries of Bassano and marasche, sour cherries of the cherries family and sour cherries but typical of the mountain, now a fruit no longer cultivated due to its high acidity and scarcity productive compared to the varieties of sour cherries and modern cherries. The taste of the fruit is predominant on the nose already, the acidity is well balanced and goes well with the drink.
