Light golden and opalescent color, fine foam. On the nose, the freshness of Conero sea fennel and coriander emerges, combined with the pleasant acidity of lactic fermentation. The light body and the flavour given by the addition of salt, sea fennel and mussels from the Conero sea make this beer very drinkable and thirst-quenching.
