Hops are harvested only once a year, at the turn of August and September. This year brewery went to Žatec for fresh heads and you can enjoy beer brewed from the most famous Czech hop variety - Žatec semi-early red wine. Lager has a very subtle bitterness and a pleasant aroma presenting the character of freshly combed green hops.
