One of the most misunderstood beer categories in craft brewing, due to the bad reputation for lagers spread by large commercial breweries.
For us, the most difficult style to brew in the microbrewery, but one of our fans' favorites.
To brew it, we bring live yeast from the Czech Republic, use 100% Pilsner floor malt, Saaz hops, and the double decoction mashing method. Fermentation takes place cold in an open fermenter, followed by a cold, long maturation.
