Bog Iron Little Tart

Sour, tart, and slightly acidic... Little Tart is a true to form Berliner Weiss. Typically, Berliners are low in alcohol and have a distinct tartness from lactobacillus bacteria (the same bacteria that give yogurt its tangy flavor), but even as a sour the beer is very approachable and it’s surprisingly refreshing.
