Bog Iron Swiss Mistress

By itself, Swiss Mistress is a really nice milk stout with a roasted coffee, chocolate, toasted grain, and slight caramel character and a rich, creamy mouthfeel. After fermentation is complete, the beer is aged on organic roasted cocoa nibs, which contributes rich chocolate flavors and aromas.
