Bold Castanha De Caju

Dairy Delight is a Milkshake IPA. An India Pale Ale with lactose to give creaminess and body. In this version brewery uses cashew nuts in maturation. The result is a beer that has an aroma and flavor reminiscent of a chestnut popsicle, very common in Ceará and that was part of many people's childhood.
