Bold Pulpy Fizz Abacaxi & Hortelã

Pulpy Fizz is a Sour with an absurd amount of fresh fruit, giving it the most intense and pure character they can provide. In this version brewery uses pineapple with mint and a subtle touch of ginger and spirulina to simulate the experience of a detox juice. The acidity of the base beer combines with the acidity of the fruits, but the residual sweetness of the high concentration of fruits balances this acidity, in addition to giving more body sensation.
