Privatbrauerei Bolten - Bolten Landbier

BOLTENs Landbier is a recent invention. And as it is with us, the working title could be "Back to the Future". Because this beer actually corresponds more to a beer type that used to be drank. To produce the Landbier, we use the best ingredients from agriculture and thus achieve a full, aromatic beer taste. The taste primarily comes from the special malt blend and less from excessive hopping. Brewed with top-fermenting BOLTEN yeast, many flavor compounds, especially those with a slightly fruity note, can develop due to the higher fermentation temperature. And because we naturally want all the flavors that are created, we leave the Landbier as it is: naturally cloudy. BOLTENs Landbier could be described as refreshing, meaning it is an uncomplicated beer that is enjoyable and therefore appeals to a very broad group of people. There is no instruction manual for that.
