Weizenbier is a high fermentation beer made with wheat malt. Its aroma is intense and the flavor is light and striking, with fruity notes of cloves and bananas. It has straw yellow color and a more cloudy visual aspect because of the suspended yeasts. It has abundant and creamy foam. Ideal with fish, seafood, poultry, pork, cheese.
