Rum Raisin Ice Cream-inspired Rum Barrel-Aged Madagascar Vanilla Imperial Stout • 15% ABV • Inspired by the nostalgic warmth of rum raisin ice cream, this first-time variant spent 12 months resting in Bayou Rum casks. We blended in a single cask of rum-aged Arcane Rituals barleywine, to pop rich notes of caramel, dried fruit, spiced rum cake, and toasted waffle cone. Though lactose-free, it offers a velvety, pastry-like mouthfeel with just enough chew to linger.
