Anybody hear that? Got some neat barrels 9 months ago. Forged from maple, rather than white oak, and used to age Tennessee Whiskey after its initial rest in charred white oak. Filled them with silky, strong oatmeal stout and added robust maple syrup & whole, split Madagascar vanilla beans. Then pumped it out of the barrels, carbonated it, bottled and kegged it. That's what it is. I'm fairly alarmed here.
