he Neverending Pursuit of Hoppiness contains our experience from brewing three Pursuit Of Hoppiness (POH) beers, starting in May 2015 (our first ever beer), then 2016 and 2017. These were all of differing recipes (due to issues of hop unavailability that we suffered as a start-up microbrewery) and we have included a little bit of all of them in this ‘worldie hopmeister’ of a beer with 7 types of hops from around the world.
