Brouwbar B03 Blond

Bright pale yellow, hazy, with bubbles and a thick head. Mineral nose, honey, orange, weirdly dry. Sweet apples and honey flavor, a bit rough with some strange fermentation character. Dusty, candy. Soft and silky.
