As you know, tradition has it that Birbant delivers strong beers in the autumn and winter season. So, BANG, here we go: CRIMSON - Cherry Pie Barley Wine Bourbon BA 24° Plato 11% Alcohol Additives: cocoa, cinnamon, cherry The biscuit and caramel character of the base beer is reminiscent of homemade cake. We decided to enrich the flavour and aroma with cocoa and cinnamon, which go perfectly with autumn evenings. We complemented the whole with aromatic, sour cherry juice. All this went into a bourbon barrel, which enriched the beer with noble vanilla notes.
