Citrus Hazy IPA with lime zest | Citra, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, 16 P, 6.8% 💚 After the great reception of last year's version, this year we've teamed up with Granary to give their birthday beer recipe a slight refresh 🙂 🧡 The focus is still on the citrus character of the beer, but this time limes have taken the lead role. Plus a hint of New Zealand: Motueka and Nelson Sauvin complement the whole with notes of gooseberries and white grapes, not dominating but complementing the whole beautifully 🙂 We are preparing a beautiful beer, for the premiere of which we invite you this Friday to Siechnice to celebrate Spichlerz's birthday! 🥳🧡
