Bruz Bigger Group Hug

A Belgian-style pale “table” beer with enough tropical hop flavor to please the American palate but an attenuation that would make the monks blush. The hops contribute aromas of passionfruit, berry, and a light floral, with a hint of white peppercorn from the yeast. The flavor brings in more of the same but married with a lovely lightly toasted cracker character from the locally grown and malted grains.
