Bruz Cherry Grand Cru Quad

An Abbey-style Quadrupel fermented with dark sweet cherries. Deep amber with a pale tan head, this beer offers up aromas of malt and fall fruit with flavors of cherry, dark chocolate and burnt caramel. Belgian and German hops add bitterness on the palate and two Belgian Trappist yeasts produce an amazing depth of complexity.
