Belgian Tripel using adequate dosing of star anise, corriander, sweet orange peel, and belgian candi sugar....as well as local raw/unfiltered wildflower honey. This sipper is cloying sweet, estery, and peppery with notes of clove throughout, and a nice crisp finish.
