In Setesdal, hunting has always been an important food resource. Our hunting beer is a copper-red lager with a good balance between slightly caramelized malt sweetness and fresh taste. That's because we have painstakingly selected four different malt and hop varieties. To preserve as much of the flavor as possible, the beer is of course unfiltered. It is often served by the campfire after a long day in the forest, and goes well with game.
