Sour ale infused with local herbs an flowers - partially obtained by autumn foraging - with the support of Nova Arbora (Sasso Marconi - BO) and AgriBioEnergia (Medicina - BO). 100% fermented by Brettanomyces Lambicus, barrel aged for 8 months with a mix of bacteria from our cellar, and blended with a small amount of our Vieille Saison NESUN DORMA 2020
