Ca' del Brado - Carteria N.1

Limited edition sour ale from Ca' del Brado cellar. Blend of barrique barrel aged beers (2016/2018): three years old (mixed fermentation with saccharomices brettanomyces and bacteria), two years old (mixed fermentation with Grechetto Gentile grape marcs - from natural winemaker Gradizzolo) and one year old (100% B.Bruxellensis Brett Ale). Only 1.131 numbered bottles. This is the pilot beer of CARTERIA project: "reserva beers" from Brado cellar.
