A limited edition release for Ca' del Brado membership program ZIRQUAL 2020/2021: numbered Magnum bottles (1.5 lt), only 200 made. Blend of two barrique barrel aged beers (2018). The first one: primary fermented with brettanomyces Bruxellensis and barrel aged with cellar bacteria. The second one: spontaneously fermented with Grechetto Gentile grapes - from natural winemaker Gradizzolo (Monteveglio) - and aged in barrel for two years with skin contact
