Ca' del Brado - Copernicana

Copernicana is a wild Grodziskie made in collaboration with Pinta Barrel Brewing (Poland) . The name is a tribute to Nicolaus Copernicus (of Polish origins – Mikołaj Kopernik), a 16th-century astronomer and mathematician, famous for having advocated, defended and ultimately definitively promoted the evidence of the heliocentric system against the geocentric system supported until then in Europe. The beer was brewed with 100% oak- smoked wheat malt following the traditional origins of the style and hopped with Polish Lubelski hops , then aged for 9 months in barrels in the Brada cellar.
