Second beer from the SCRÂNA project: limited editions that represent long-term maturation processes within our cellar. Hence the name ( Scrâna = chair in Bolognese ) and the related illustration, to symbolize the wait necessary for these refinements in the barrel (in contrast to TEVLA , our short-gestation table beer, simple and without passages in wood). The number following the name – in this case 1155 – indicates the number of days of aging in wood.
