Casa Agria Table Whale

Fermented in Cabernet, Cab Franc, and Sangiovese barrels on top of the wine lees, which then aged until blending and packaging in September of 2020. The result is a beautiful little beer with subtle wine character, medium oak character, and balanced rustic funk.
