Collaborative beer with Cathedral Brewery. This recipe is light, refreshing, with the addition of fruits and spices, seeking flavors and aromas richer than Cleopatra's own treasures. A beer with a prominent acid profile, made with a generous load of wheat, cashew, cajá and coconut, besides, of course, being soft in the sip to leave you salivating with the sensation of eating a juicy fruit after a sunny day in the desert. Yellow, with low formation and creamy white collar retention. Low alcohol content. Easy to take to cool off.
