Cathedral Erudita

A refreshing Belgian wheat ale. A 400-year-old beer style that died out in the 1950s. It was later resurrected by Pierre Celis in Hoegaarden and steadily grew in popularity over time. our version has additions of coriander, orange peel, chamomile flower and lemongrass.
