Cathedral Swedish Gotlandsdricke

Swedish style of beer that has long been forgotten but remains classified as a historic style due to its regional importance in Scandinavian countries. It takes in its composition a generous amount of juniper and smoked malt. Fermentation is neutral and favors malt and juniper aromas and flavors. Very balanced and refreshing.
