Cellarmaker Brewing - Double Dobis

Hopped with 100% Citra providing a tropical/orange fruit component. The malt bill was a fair amount of Scottish Golden Promise contributing a graham cracker character. The resulting beer is super hop juicy with more malt character than our typical DIPA, however it is not the cloyingly sweet crystal malt-we feel it works nicely with the Citra.
