Cervejaria Bamberg - Craft Beer is Dead Weizenbock

Craft Beer Is Dead is a line of beers that we will launch to celebrate Bamberg's 30th anniversary. All of them are fermented normally in tanks, have 8.5% alcohol content, and then we freeze them (Eisbock), increasing the aromas and flavors and raising the alcohol content to 14%. The process ends with maturation in oak barrels. The first in the series is based on a Weizenbock Helles, and only here at the factory is it possible to drink it at each stage of the process.
