Charter Oak EZ IPA

Fun beer to brew and create. We took several varieties of malted Barley looking for a home in our grain room and brewed a delicious IPA. We also grabbed some of our unique hops, Zythos and Equanot for a late hop additional and big aroma for this well balance big IPA.
