Cismontane Belgian Dubbel

A rich malty beer with some spicy and dried fruit aromas reminiscent of raisins and dates. Mild hop bitterness with no lingering hop flavors. A light sweet caramel flavor from the use of crystal malt and dark candy sugar should be noticeable. Has a medium to full body although it is much dry perceived.
