City Lights Orange Wheat

Brewed with 35% Bohemian Floor Malted Wheat. Late addition hops of Denali, Mandarina Bavaria, and Amarillo. 10 lbs of bitter orange peel and 10 pounds of sweet orange peel late in the boil. Accentuated with a touch of orange extract in the brite to help bring out the orange aroma.
