CLOCK Ellen

Dark brown color with red highlights, low beige foam. Aroma of ripe tangerines, vanilla and sherry. The taste is full, malty, complex with tones of wood and vanilla. The beer matured on oak shavings loaded in sherry. Fermented with yeast into sparkling wine.
