Speciation Artisan Ales - Common Descent (Cucumbers & Limes) - 2018

We designed this mixed fermented Berliner Weisse style beer to be low alcohol (4.2%), and lightly acidic (3.3 pH) for maximum drinkability. This version has whole cucumbers (.25lb/gallon) and limes (.33 limes/gallon) that we processed by hand!
