Hop-forward, yet balanced by its caramel malty base, the IDA ends with a dry, roasty bittersweet finish that invites another sip. IDA pairs well with sharp cheeses, balsamic bruschetta, spicy dry rubbed beef, and even molasses and ginger snaps.
