Creature Comforts Eukaryote

Eukaryote is a dry-hopped table saison (4.4%). A classic approach to historical saisons, Eukaryote features a simple grain bill using DaySpring Farms raw wheat and a low abv for high drinkability. It is heavily hopped with European hops with a slight twist as dry hopped the beer with New Zealand hops. It has a light acid profile, medium body, slight bitterness, and a nice fruity hop note. Simple and quaffable.
