Creature Comforts Mountain Breeze

Mountain Breeze a light saison with 89 pounds of muscadines from a local Georgia-based farm owned by the parents Head Brewer of Southern Mills, Brannen Morris. The muscadine grapes were added during fermentation. Once the muscadines were added, the beer sat on the grape skins for a couple of weeks. This contact time with the skins also added a slight tannic character which helps create a nice, lengthy finish.
