A pastry stout brewed with Cochitos (mexican pastry) in the mash with Piloncillo (mexican molasses), lactose, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla added. Tasting notes of ginger, vanilla, brown sugar, robust roasted malts, sweet and full bodied.
