By blending Belgian yeast and science, the brewery has managed to combine the best Belgian IPA you’ve ever had with the greatest NEIPA ever. The brewery added an enzyme that causes hop biotransformation so that you can now have the ester and phenol complexity of a beer fermented with Belgian yeast together with the juiciness that can only be achieved through the enzymatic cleaving of aroma compounds.
