Buds at Brew Culture offered a unique collaboration opportunity: the brewery could pick the brains of the fermentation geniuses at White Labs and they would put together a bespoke culture of brewers yeast, brettanomyces, and lactic-acid bacteria to ferment the farmhouse ale of dreams.
